Customer Host

I’ve met a lot of fantastic people working for this company. If it wasn’t for them I would have never tried to apply for a different position. Luckily I did and here I am today!
 
Dorota started working for Arriva Rail London in 2010 as a Train Care member, and although she enjoyed her role she really wanted to work in the stations.
 
While working as a Train Care member Dorota had the opportunity to learn more about the company, as well as strengthen her language skills. She didn’t believe she’d have the opportunity to work as a station member of staff, but as her knowledge of the business and language skills improved, she as able to progress to the role of Customer Host.
 
Dorota has worked as a Customer Host for two years now. She really enjoys working with people, which is something this role enables her to do on a daily basis.

Prior to starting her role as a Customer Host Dorota enrolled on an English for Speakers of Other Languages and Dispatch course at the company, both of which have enabled her to develop skills required for her role as a Customer Host.
