Episode four of Sound of the Overground, a six-episode pilot podcast series for Arriva Rail London (ARL) employees, is now live.

In this episode, hosts George and Bentley are joined by a special guest – ARL’s managing director, Steve Best. With over 11 years at ARL, Steve shares insights into his career journey, leadership priorities, and what’s ahead as the company approaches the end of its current concession.
